Grand Moments Travel is hiring associate Travel Planners.
As a travel planner, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service. At Grand Moments Travel we offer a concierge level of service when it comes to planning our clients vacations.
Requirements:

Travel Agency experience is desirable
·
Home office set up including computer, phone and high speed internet
·
TICO certification preferred but can be acquired prior to start date
·
Excellent communication skills both written and oral
·
Excellent organizational skills
·
Social media marketing / blogging / writing skills an assist
·
Answer and respond to calls/emails from clients, follow up as required
·
Research and provide quotations for client travel requests
·
Sell: Match client needs to products; make recommendations
·
Work as a team player in a web-based environment
·
Follow up on existing and past inquiries and foster client relationships
·
Sell a full range of products and destinations
·
Prepare complex itineraries with a mix of products
·
Self-promote and build a client base via social media and customer relationship
development
·
Participate in on-going training and professional development, and travel on occasion for training
· Provide outstanding customer service to clients, with an emphasis on building long-term relationships
· Full time, Part time or casual. Commission based position.
